The Beginning of Holeni Holdings
Holeni Holdings was founded from a simple but important realization — many businesses struggle to access affordable and modern technology solutions that genuinely improve operations.
The journey started when Tlangelani's brother and aunt approached him for assistance with their businesses. After helping them solve operational and technology-related challenges, he began asking a bigger question:
"Why can't I build scalable solutions that help many more businesses facing the same challenges?"
That question became the foundation of Holeni Holdings.
What initially started as helping family businesses evolved into a broader mission: to create practical, scalable, and affordable digital solutions for South African businesses. This vision ultimately led to the development of Holeni HR — the first major step toward building an ecosystem of business-focused digital solutions.
